This is an early version of the Gill OS2 jacket - probably one of the best sailing jackets ever created. The current version of this is £460 so grab a serious bargain!

The jacket in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. It was owned by an engineer who worked on the rigs in the North Sea (he needed the best so got this). Its definitely not in brand new condition - it has a few oil marks here and there (will probably scrub off if you need them eliminated). Also there's some wear on the inner cuffs (just the rubber coating - not the actual important elasticated parts - see pics). That's the bad part out of the way, the good part is that it's a Gill so pretty much indestructible! There's no serious wear, no holes, rips or loose stitching. All zips and velcro closures are present and functional. Most importantly, it still fully waterproof! (Not photographed but there a foldaway hood under the collar)

Overall, if you're serious about your sailing this is the jacket you get. Its not in perfect condition so I've knocked £40 off our usual asking price for this model - luckily, the only issues are cosmetic so don't affect the performance of the jacket whatsoever. If you need to look pretty on your little boat just pay the extra £450 and get a new one! (Apologies if that sounds a bit harsh...it wasn't meant to!)
