If you're reading this then you'll already know exactly what you're looking at. This is an original 1970's Lacoste sports bag in OUTSTANDING condition. Even though it's over half a century old it's still perfectly usable.

UPDATE!

I've just discovered that this is an exceptionally RARE bag. It's a sample (a model the Lacoste reps used to take to shops to get them to stock the item). This model never went into full production so only a handful would have been made. Thos is most likely the only one of these left on the planet. If you're looking for something totally unique then this is it!

Condition

As mentioned above the bag is in superb condition. There are no rips, no loose stitching, no signs of heavy wear, all the zips with Lacoste tabs are attached - the inside is MINT and as new. Everything works exactly as it should.

One thing I did spot is the silver crocodile logo has begun to flake on its back (see pic). This is from simply being so old and not from the bag being abused. There's a really quick fix for this. I have purchased a silver pen and  was going to colour in the missing but I haven't for a reason. I'm an honest seller and if I started to alter or colour in a small part of the bag it may seem that I'm being deceptive or trying to cover up a problem. We're business sellers so accept all returns without question. If I was trying to pull off a trick you'd just send it back at my expense! So I'll include the silver pen when we post the bag. That way it's up to you if you want to keep it original or conceal the only (very minor!) Issue.
